Delete your Fennec Studio account

In the app or on the website
- Open Fennec Studio and sign in.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap “Delete my account”.
- Enter your password to confirm.
Your account is deleted immediately. You don't need to uninstall the app.
Without the app
Email destek@getfenek.com from the address you signed up with and write “Delete my account”. We delete it within 7 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
Your account (name, email, password hash), all your videos, uploaded photos and clips, your voice sample and your characters are deleted right away. Any open subscription is cancelled.
What is kept, and for how long
- A one-way fingerprint of your email address and the number of free trial videos you used, so a new account with the same email doesn't get new free trials. It contains no readable personal data.
- Payment and invoice records, kept by our payment provider Polar for as long as tax law requires.
- Encrypted backups, for at most 30 days, then deleted.

Neler silinir
Hesabın (ad, e-posta, parola özeti), tüm videoların, yüklediğin fotoğraf ve klipler, ses örneğin ve karakterlerin hemen silinir. Açık aboneliğin iptal edilir.
Neler, ne kadar süre kalır
- E-posta adresinin geri çevrilemeyen bir özeti ve kullandığın ücretsiz deneme sayısı: aynı e-postayla açılan yeni hesap yeniden ücretsiz deneme almasın diye. Okunabilir kişisel veri içermez.
- Ödeme ve fatura kayıtları: ödeme sağlayıcımız Polar tarafından vergi mevzuatının gerektirdiği süre boyunca.
- Şifreli yedekler: en fazla 30 gün, sonra silinir.
