Privacy Policy

What we collect

Account data (name, email, a salted password hash), the topics and scripts you write, files you upload (photos, clips, a voice sample if you choose "my own voice"), the videos we create for you, and basic technical logs. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh); we never see your card details.

Why

Only to create your videos, run your account, prevent abuse (content safety checks, rate limits) and handle billing. We do not sell your data and do not use your uploads, voice or videos to train AI models.

Processors

Cloudflare (hosting, AI inference), Google Gemini (voice-over, backup text generation), Pixabay (stock media), Resend (email), Polar (payments). They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention & deletion

Videos are deleted automatically after 90 days on paid plans (30 days for the trial video). You can delete your account at any time from the Pricing section ("Delete my account"); this removes your account, videos, uploads and voice sample immediately. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data by emailing us. EU/UK users also have the rights given by GDPR/UK GDPR; Turkish users the rights under KVKK.
