Refund Policy

If Fennec Studio doesn't work for you, email destek@getfenek.com within 14 days of your first Pro payment. We refund in full if you have created no more than 2 videos in the paid plan. If a technical problem on our side made the service unusable, we always refund in full. Refunds are issued by Polar to your original payment method (usually 5–10 business days) and Pro access ends immediately. Renewals can be refunded within 7 days if no video was created in the new period. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.
