Terms of Service

By using Fennec Studio you agree to these terms. Service operator: Orkun Burak Gülhan, Türkiye. Payments are handled by Polar as Merchant of Record. Contact: destek@getfenek.com.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and buy a plan. One account per person; don't share your password.

Plans

Without a plan you can make 3 trial videos of up to 7 seconds each, with a watermark. Paid plans (monthly or yearly subscription) give a number of video minutes per rolling 30 days: Starter 15 minutes, each video up to 1 minute; Pro 45 minutes, each video up to 3 minutes, plus your own voice, talking avatar and your own photos/clips; Agency 150 minutes, each video up to 5 minutes, everything in Pro, your logo and a priority queue. Each video counts by its length; failed videos do not count. All paid videos are watermark-free. Unused minutes do not roll over. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime ("Manage subscription") and keep access until the end of the paid period.

Content rules

You may not create sexual content, content involving minors in any harmful way, terrorism or extremist propaganda, graphic violence, self-harm, drug manufacturing, hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes others' rights. Every script and upload is checked automatically; violating accounts may be closed without refund.

Your voice and likeness

You may only use your own voice ("my own voice" requires a live recording with a consent sentence) and photos of people who have given you permission. You are responsible for what you upload.

Ownership

You own the videos you create and may use them commercially. Stock media comes from Pixabay and Pexels under their content licenses. Open-source components and voices are listed on the credits page. AI output can contain mistakes — check facts before publishing.

Refunds and cancellation

See the refund policy. You can cancel your subscription anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Account deletion

You can delete your account anytime with "Delete my account" (details: how to delete your account).

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; for material changes we notify you by email at least 14 days in advance. Turkish law applies. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights in your country.
